I like the Nutir-Align Keto Electrolytes as they are convenient since they are in a pill form. You can take them with you and not have to mess with packets and mixing up solutions. I will admit that I was skeptical but I really like them a lot. You get a lot of doses for the money. The pills have a very slight odor which I feel is the capsule. Nothing that bothered me at all and I am sensitive to smells. They are not huge either which is nice. They are easy to swallow. On the package they provide a website to go to so you can check the dose. It was a nice touch and they didn't collect any personal info to give you the answer. That was great. I didn't know eletrolyte caps existed but now that I do, I would order again.

Recommended dosage is 3 capsules, so pouch contains a 2 month supply. Good value. Sometimes I'm annoyed by supplements that require so many capsules per day, but it's also good in that you can easily take a smaller dosage if you prefer. This is mostly magnesium citrate, with a bit of potassium, calcium, and sodium mixed in. GMP Manufactured in the UK. I love the minimalist, space saving pouch packaging! So much more convenient than having to store all these huge plastic bottles.

The capsules are very convenient because you don't have to mix in a powder or carry special liquid solutions but you still need to have water available when you use them.
That said, this company is a good one, from Great Britain and the formulation suits my needs. The fact that these capsules have no sugar or artificial sweeteners is very important to me and not that easy to find.

Me and my partner practice fasting, so I decided to order these electrolyte capsules to assist in that process. When you fast, you should take electrolytes, which are often found in drink mixes etc which would cause one to break their fast if they used. However, since these are just pure electrolyte capsules, you can take them during a fast to replenish your electrolytes without worrying about breaking the fast. They are small and easy to swallow, and you can't beat the value of getting so many in this big package, one of the best deals I've found on electrolytes in a while.

I'm still in the process of reviewing these but I must say that I like the idea of getting electrolytes this way as opposed to sweet sports drinks that don't seem to satisfy me and only make me want more of them. This is a good value for the money. I'm looking forward to seeing the results. Seems to have the necessary supplements needed when practicing a keto diet and / or fasting.

This seems to be a good quality Electrolyte capsules so far.

- Capsules are easy to swallow
- No odd aftertaste or ill effects
- Price/Value is good
- Label has GMP stamp (however I haven't seen a COA yet)

I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
